Reliance 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot for Wireless Internet on the go!

Reliance 4G is sold out completely in the stores, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting a fast internet connection. Reliance Jio has launched its 4G mobile hotspot wireless internet device called the JioFi and it kicks butt when it comes to internet speeds.

What is the Reliance 4G LTE Wireless Internet Hotspot?

Reliance JioFi 4G Wireless HotspotWell, it’s a wireless device that “emits” internet, to which all your other devices can latch on.Think of it, like a wireless WiFi router that you can carry everywhere you go, yes even outside your house. Essentially, it is a mobile device (has SIM card in it) that makes itself a WiFi hotspot.

Is it better than having an internet connection?

Yes and No. Yes because it can provide fast internet wherever you go. So, if you’re taking it with you to office, to park, wherever… you can use your smartphone or laptop to connect to the internet with its help. No, because it will only work where you have mobile coverage. Remember, I told you it is just like a mobile internet WiFi router? So, it works only where there is mobile coverage, which can be a problem when you go to remote places.

So, if you are looking to have a solid internet connection and doesn’t move around a lot, then a wireless internet hotspot may not be a necessity for you. But, if you are the type, who moves around a lot and want internet connectivity wherever you go, then you need the Reliance JioFi hotspot.

Reliance Wireless Internet Hotspot Price

A new Reliance JioFi connection will cost you Rs. 1,999 when you buy it and you can currently use free data until December 31st 2016. After which whatever data plan is available, you can switch to it.

Activating Reliance Jio Mobile Internet is easy. You can go to any Reliance store with your passport or any photo ID, address proof and get the device activated. It will only take a couple of hours for it to start working.

What internet speed can you get on Reliance JioFi Wireless Hotspot?

This doesn’t depend on the device but the connection you are getting. Like I said, the device comes with the SIM and it works just like your smartphone internet. But Reliance promises high speed internet just like its 4G connections. So you can expect good speeds that are faster than your regular internet connection here.
