4 Tips to make hair grow faster & healthy

Long and string hair is every woman’s dream, and most of us are not willing to wait for years for our hair to reach our waist.

There are a few ways that can help you grow your hair faster than usual, and many of these ways actually work and are not at all hoax.

Grow hair faster: Oil massages

This should substantially enhance the growth of new hair and enhance hair growth. If you have been dealing with a problem related to hair fall, castor is known to be effective for the same, as well. Also, you can try pure coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil on your hair for massaging. Keep in mind that hair grows from the roots, and therefore, maintaining your scalp is essential.

Grow hair faster: Eat right

Hair is made of keratin, and it is produced of protein. Needless to say, you must try to include as much protein as you can and must eat right. Cut on all the junk food and stick to a diet plan consisting of fish, egg whites, lean meat and veggies. While you are advised to check on the fat you intake, never ever make the mistake of cutting fat completely as this can reduce the moisture in hair.

Grow hair faster: Maintain hair well

Unfortunately, most of us expose our hair to hard chemicals and products that tend to damage the hair. If you are really serious about getting long hair, try and avoid all kinds of heating on hair that are common in styling. Avoid curling or straightening your hair often, and make sure that you don’t comb your hair when it’s wet. Also, it is essential that you keep your scalp clean at all times, but avoid washing your hair every day. Use herbal and natural products for hair care, and use a leave-in conditioner for best results.

Grow hair faster: Check your lifestyle

No matter what kind of career you have, make sure that you lead a healthy lifestyle. Try to sleep for at least 6-7 hours a day for a fixed time, and avoid all kinds of depression and stress. Many times, hair loss is associated with medications, so make sure your medicines are not causing unexpected hair loss.
