Sunflower oil is the healthiest oil available for cooking all kinds of food. It can be used in all types of cooking, including baking of food in oven. This oil makes the normal meal of any person much healthier, than that cooked in any other edible oil.

Sunflower oil contains very low content of saturated fatty acid. Saturated fatty acids are very harmful for health, as it can cause heart problems and other serious health issues.
